VICTORY – SAN ANTONIO FEDERAL MAGISTRATE ORDERS CITY TO ALLOW INSPECTION OF TRAVIS PARK MONUMENT WITHIN 30 DAYS ! THE CITY HAS BEEN RESISTING ALLOWING US TO SEE THE MONUMENT SINCE THE CASE BEGAN! When the court allowed San Antonio to remove the monument back in August, the Judge was very clear: DON’T DAMAGE IT! Our expert will now be able to see the monument & see if allegations of damage to the monument are true! Case is far from over, but we’ll take a tactical win any day!
